Online Banking
With Online Banking you can bank whenever you want to from wherever you have a computer with Internet access!
All of your account information is at your fingertips and you can view your balance, transfer funds, make loan payments and more! To sign up for Online Banking you must have at least one checking or savings account with us.

Once you login, you will see the following options to choose from:
Account Summary: This page has an overview of all of your accounts with us. Click on an account number for more detail on each individual account.
Account Activity: Clicking on account activity will show the posting date, type of transaction, check number, description and amount of transaction for the most recent transactions on that account. You can download this information into MS Money or Excel. You can get cleared check images.
Account Statements: You can download E-Statements for your accounts after choosing E-Statements as your Account Statement preference.
Transfer Funds: This option allows you to transfer funds between various checking and savings accounts that you have with us.
Loan Payment: Make a loan payment to us from your checking or savings account.
Change Password: You can change the password on your Internet Banking account. We strongly recommend your password be between 8-16 characters and incorporate both letters and numbers. Passwords are case sensitive.
Secure Messaging: Allows you to send encrypted messages to the Online Banking administrator
Mobile Banking
Must be enrolled in Online Banking for Mobile - Uses the same User Name and Password as Online Banking.

Acceptable Checks- We accept checks made payable to you, with a current date, drawn on a U.S. bank. We do not accept money orders, cashier’s checks, traveler’s checks, credit card advance checks or tax refund checks.
Deposit Limits- Maximum deposit dollar limit of $2,000 per day and $5,000 per month.
Memo Line on Front of Check-must have M&P Mobile Deposit and Date of Deposit written in the Memo Line area of the Front of Check.
Endorsement- Checks must be endorsed with
“For Merchants & Planters Bank Mobile Deposit Only” above your Account Type and Account number and your signature.

Your Signature
Before destroying your original check, keep it in a secure location for 45 days following the successful completion of your deposit.
Availability- There is a 4:00 p.m. Central cutoff time (on Business Days we are open) for deposits made with Mobile Deposit. Deposits submitted on weekends, federal holidays, and after 4:00 p.m. Central Monday-Friday are processed the following business day. Typically, funds are made available on the next business day but longer delays may apply. We may delay availability of funds from any deposit you make through Mobile Banking at our sole discretion at any time for any reason.
Bill Pay
It's Easy. Paying your bills has never been easier. Online Bill Pay is the simple and secure way to pay all your bills. It is the most effective way to take control of your time and money. With Online Bill Pay we're always open. You can pay your bills whenever and wherever you want. Online Bill Pay is now part of Online Banking. No separate log in to get to Online Bill Pay. If you are signed up, all you do is click the Bill Pay tab in Online Banking. If you are not signed up, all you do is click the Bill Pay tab in Online Banking and go through the enrollment. It is that easy!
